01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order through aromaaustralia.com.au ("the Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

03. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly in colour or presentation.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or stock errors
  • Errors in product description or pricing
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

Order confirmation via email does not constitute final acceptance; acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

Important: Our essential oils and aromatherapy products are intended for external and aromatic use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Please consult a qualified health practitioner before using essential oils if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.

04. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Your payment details are processed securely and are not stored on our servers.

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order with a full refund.

05. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate — we are not liable for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect address information provided by you.

06. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The return is authorised by our team prior to sending

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty. Shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Our returns policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

07. Intellectual Property

Aroma Australia™ and its associated "oil drop" logo are registered trademarks of Australia Japan Trading Pty Ltd in Australia. Unauthorised use of the name, logo, or any associated branding, including images, without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Any infringement may result in legal action, including claims for damages and other remedies available under Australian law.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Aroma Australia or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any material from this Site without our express written consent. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

08. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Aroma Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our Site or products.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our Site, you consent to the practices described in that policy.
