At AromaAustralia, we stand behind the quality of every product we supply. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before reaching out.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product has not been blended, diluted, or altered in any way
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
- The return request is submitted within the 30-day window
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially used products
- Custom or specially sourced orders
- Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — AromaAustralia is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
